I recently replaced my Dell PowerVault tape deck(would not accept tapes) with a new exact same model. Since the replacement I have been unable to get a backup job to complete. I have been getting the following codes in my event veiwer 34113, 57665, and 33152. I have tried everything I can think of to include restarting the services to new tape. The only thing that I can find that I can see as a probable issue is under the devices tap when you click on the all devices drop down and highlight the tape deck the media shows up to the side with a crossed out symbol. Any help would be appriciated.
