I'm unable to backup specific folders on a remote server where Windows agent is istalled.
The job starts and finish without errors but it copies only 150k, the folders comtain more than 100gb.
I have checked folders permissions and I didn't see anything strange, for example in D:\ root folder are:
D:\data\users
D:\data\shared
D:\data\templates
D:\data\apps
All folders have same access rights but it's impossible to backup users and shared, no issues for templates or apps.
The folders are on a Win 2003 server, Backup Exec 2014 is on a Win 2008 R2.
BEX is able to browse remote server folders during job creation and log in test is passed without problems.
