Error relating to Virtual File Filter Driver

Hi Folks,

I am running Backup Exec 2010 R2 Version 13.0 Rev. 4164 (32-bit). I have the Exchange Server Agent installed (for our Exchange 2007 environment).

I am trying to restore a mailbox database from a couple of months ago and am firstly creating a duplicate backup set as per the instructions in this article: -

When I run this job I get an error stating "For this operation the Backup Exec Virtual File Filter (VFF) driver must be installed on the media server" - see attached.

When I run FLTMC from the command-line there is no "VirtFile" file on the media server. I have tried reinstalling the Exchange Agent but this did not work.

Any ideas?
