So I am attempting to restore the C: drive of one of my Virtual Servers. We are currently running ESX 5.1, I created a custom System Recovery Disk, and injected both VMWARE VMXNET3 network drivers, and VMWARE Paravirtual drivers. I can get all the way to the point where the recovery asks for a target drive to restore my backup image to, I cannot see my orginal drive. I pulled the Paravirtual drive from VMware tools, and it seems its not working.
