remote connection with BEWS server through powershell

Hi  Team,

I   am  writing  script  for  Backup  Exec  in powershell.  I  have list  of  commands  to  implement it.  I  want  to  know  how i  can  establish  connection

with  BEWS 2010 r3/ BEWS 2012 media  server  through powershell  from  client  machine.

Kindly  help  on  same.
