BE 2012 (Ver. 14.0) Backup Taking Too Much Time

Hi,

I am using BE 2012 from last 15 days i am unable to backup the complete backup that is currently working as a agent.

Agent installed on Remote Server having Windows Storage 2008.

Done Below Setting.

1. Check Network with BE and Agent its working fine.

2. Error shows : The Network Connection to the backup exec agent has been lost. Check for network errors.

Please suggest what to do. I am already in discussion with SYMANTEC but till date nothing has been done.
