IDR Preparation Wizard not available

Hello:

I'm trying to setup an Intelligent Disaster Recovery disk on our BackupExec 2010 SR3 server.  When I go to Tools > Wizards, the choice for Intelligent Disaster Recovery Preparation Wizard... is greyed out.  What do I need to do to make this available?  I am using the Not for Resale version for non-profits.  Is this feature not available in this version or have I missed some preliminary step to using the wizard?
